Non-Refundable Policy:
All orders placed with Oak Outlines are considered final and non-refundable once the production process has commenced. As each product is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds once the order is confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during transit, leading to the receipt of damaged or defective items. In the event that your order arrives in such a condition, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team, within 14 days of receiving your shipment. To initiate the resolution process, please provide clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged or defective product, or any other proof of damage.

Our frames and prints are meticulously hand-cut, hand-assembled, and printed to the highest museum-quality standards. Due to the artisanal nature of our production process, we kindly ask customers to allow at least 1 week for the frames to be prepared and shipped.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This information will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.
