What materials are used for the frames and prints?
Our frames are meticulously crafted from white American oak, providing a timeless backdrop for your memories. Photographs are printed on 330 gsm matte archival print paper, ensuring longevity and vividness.
Who is the Artist behind the photographs and frames?
The captivating photographs are the life’s work of Selena Malone, an artist with a master’s degree in photography. Each piece reflects a unique perspective and a dedication to capturing moments of timeless beauty. The frames are then handmade by the artist herself, you can view her photography page here.
Can you describe the quality of the products?
Absolutely! Our prints are expertly crafted using state-of-the-art Giclee printers on museum-quality Giclee Glossy Print Paper. The archival-grade inks and papers ensure longevity without fading or yellowing.
What are the details of the frame?
Elevate your space with our custom 1.25-inch width frames made from American natural oak wood. Featuring premium plexiglass for crystal-clear viewing, these frames include a wall mount for easy showcasing in your home.
Is there an option for added sophistication?
Yes, consider our matted feature option. Your photograph will be accompanied by a 4-ply acid-free white mat board, adding an extra layer of refinement and framing the image beautifully.
Are any of the photographs numbered?
At some point we will release a number of limited editions, please follow our Instagram or join our newsletter to be the first to know of their release.
Shipping
What is the processing time for orders?
Due to the hand-cutting, hand-assembling, and printing of our museum-quality pieces, we kindly ask customers to allow at least 1 week for the frames to be prepared and shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping within the US?
The standard shipping fee for all U.S. orders is $10.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! International customers are responsible for the full shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Why does it take extra time to ship my products?
The additional time is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of our museum-style pieces. We appreciate your patience as we work to create and deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.
Refunds and Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Every item is individually printed, mounted, and framed to meet your unique specifications, making it unable for us to accommodate returns.
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations once the production process has begun.
Can I exchange my piece for a different size?
All purchases are considered final, and unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges since each piece is specially crafted to order, exclusively for you.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your shipment, hello@oakoutlines.com. Provide photos of the shipping box and damaged items, and our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
